Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• In-Store Pickup (Free) – Available at our Sierra Vista location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Bicycles & Oversized Items
Some bicycles and oversized items may require additional handling time and fees. We will contact you prior to shipment if special arrangements are needed.

Delivery Area
We currently ship within the continental United States. If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

In-Store Purchases
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Online Purchases

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

• Special orders or custom builds

• Sale and clearance merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Items
